Flexible Tuition

In keeping with our mission, Waverly is proud to be a socioe­co­nom­i­cally diverse commu­nity. Nearly 44% of our students partic­i­pate in our Flex­i­ble Tuition program. We are deeply commit­ted to these students and their fami­lies, who are an essen­tial part of our school community.

Flex­i­ble Tuition is based on demon­strated finan­cial need and the avail­abil­ity of funds.

How to Apply for Flexible Tuition

Waverly uses the Clarity Appli­ca­tion to assess a family’s finan­cial need. The appli­ca­tion consid­ers factors such as income, expenses, assets, and debts. Fami­lies can complete the Clarity appli­ca­tion online in about 30 minutes — it’s mobile-friendly, easy to use, and allows you to save your progress and return at any time.
    In addi­tion to the Clarity appli­ca­tion, prospec­tive fami­lies should also complete Waverly’s admis­sions appli­ca­tion and connect with the Admis­sions Office.

      • Form 4506‑C: Allows Clarity to retrieve your prior-year tax return
      • Busi­ness owners: Upload all rele­vant tax docu­ments and sched­ules directly to Clarity

      • Current Fami­lies: Apply by Decem­ber 1, 2026
      • Prospec­tive Fami­lies: Apply by Febru­ary 1, 2027

    • Noti­fi­ca­tion Dates

      • Current Fami­lies: Award deci­sions shared by Febru­ary 8, 2027
      • New Appli­cants: Awards announced March 12, 2027, along with admis­sion deci­sions (if all mate­ri­als were submit­ted on time)
